This is the newest of the three course at St. James Plantation in Southport, North Carolina. This layout features rolling terrain, berms, hardwood and pine forests, naturally occurring water, native vegetation, salt marshes, wetlands, conservative fairways and greens that vary in contour, undulation and sloping.
